There’s Only One Remaining Drive-In Theater In All Of Maryland And You Need To Visit

Bengie's Drive-In Theatre in Maryland offers a nostalgic movie-watching experience as the last active drive-in theater in the state.

These days, drive-in theaters are often only seen in movies. But did you know that there's one still remaining in Maryland? If you enjoy a bit of nostalgia, then check out the following Maryland gem.

Bengie's Drive-In Theatre opened on June 6, 1956 in the Baltimore area. Although there have been a few other drive-in theaters in Maryland over the decades, Bengie's is now the last one active.

This place still retains much of its nostalgic qualities. A visit here is like taking a charming step back in time.

After buying your ticket, park at a designated spot and purchase refreshments from the snack bar while you wait for the movie to begin.

To listen to the film, tune in on your car's radio. Then, sit back and enjoy the evening.

Like any other theater, the films here are ever-changing. Visit Bengie's website for up-to-date showtimes.
