Located in Loretto, Ruley's Santa Claus Land is a local favorite display. With over one million lights, pictures with Santa, and more, it makes for a wonderful family outing. Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort transforms during the holidays with a drive-thru display on its property. Of course, the kids will love these lights too, but the adults may want to coordinate a trip to see the lights with a stop at the distillery for a tour and tasting.

5. Most "Kentucky" Display

When tracking down the most "Kentucky" display, look no further than Southern Lights at The Kentucky Horse Park. This drive-thru show also offers many family-friendly activities within the park, making it the ultimate Christmastime destination in the Bluegrass.

6. Hidden Gem Display

Newer to the Christmas light display scene, Light Up the Fair is a drive-thru event at the Boone County Fairgrounds. With over 1.5 miles of lights that are set to music and include classic Kentucky scenes, you'll love this hidden gem that has already become a favorite.

7. Most Over-The-Top Display

Patti's 1880's Settlement is known for going all out during the holiday season. This Grand Rivers' destination is downright stunning as each path around the property is illuminated at night.
