This simple open kitchen is truly a tribute to the past - George the Chili King still uses their original recipe, which is nearly 100 years old.

You can order chili by the pint, quart, or gallon, but most people go with ordering a "Coney", rather than a bowl.

George's Coney Island style hot dogs are topped with the homemade chili, onions, cheese and a pickle.
