1. What Cheer Flea Market, What Cheer
The What Cheer Flea Market is located at the Keokuk County Fairgrounds in What Cheer. Typically the market is held on a four-day weekend, three times a year in May, August, and October. As with any of the Iowa flea markets, it's best to get there early! This indoor/outdoor market features 400 dealers from several states and is one of the premier antique and collectibles markets in the Midwest, gathering a huge crowd every year. The market offers a little bit of everything, including antiques and collectibles, tools, primitives, postcards, glassware, stamps, coins, jewelry, furniture, baseball cards, and more. You're sure to find a hidden treasure here!
2. Wapello Flea Market, Wapello
The Wapello Flea Market is held on the third weekend of each month from April to October on the weekends. The market features over 50 vendors with antiques and collectibles, books, clothing, computers/electronics, crafts, fresh produce, fresh baked goods, furniture, garden accessories, jewelry, sporting goods, stamps/coins, tools, toys, new and used merchandise, and more.
3. The Barn, Wellman
The Barn is open for special events and twice a year it hosts a flea and fair featuring vintage finds, handcrafted items, jewelry, junk, and so much more! With 50 vendors offering everything under the sun, food, and live music, this is not your typical flea market. 4. The Geneva Market, Geneva
The Geneva Market is located at Maynes Grove 45 min south of Mason City along Hwy 65. As one of the best Iowa flea markets, it offers a unique experience, complete with customer golf cart rides and sack lunches. With over 100 vendors selling everything from antiques to handcrafted items, jewelry, soap, candles, and so much more, you are bound to find several treasures to take home. There is also a fundraiser for the town's betterment committee, with all funds going back into the community.
5. Shaggy's Indoor Flea Market, Dubuque
Shaggy's Indoor Flea Market is a year-round delight. The indoor/outdoor market features anywhere from 100 to 160 dealers selling all manner of antiques and collectibles, crafts, clothing, and more. This flea market has been around since the 1960s and was formally a twice per year event. You are sure to find some amazing items from antiques to collectibles.
