There’s A Groovy Music Festival In Arkansas And It’s Just As Wacky And Wonderful As It Sounds

One thing I love about music is that it speaks to our souls. And if you’re a hippie or a hippie at heart who loves good music, then we’ve got the perfect festival for you. Byrdfest 27 is a groovy music festival in Arkansas, and it’s one of the best events of the year. From music tributes to illuminated performances to artistic entertainment, and more, there’s so much to do and see at this hippie extravaganza. And best of all, you can camp overnight at Byrd Adventure Center in Ozark for this colorful 2-day festival. It’s a wacky but oh so wonderful experience that you don’t want to miss.

Tucked along the banks of the Mulberry River in the Ozarks, you'll find Byrd Adventure Center.

This sprawling 800-acre property is the Disney World for all outdoor enthusiasts.

From camping to swimming to kayaking to rafting to ATV trails to hiking, and more, the adventures are endless at this recreational wonderland.

Perhaps the coolest part about Byrd's is that it has a grassy runway, so if you have a plane, you can fly it in.

Or, I could be wrong. The coolest thing about Byrd Adventure Center is that it's home to Byrdfest, the grooviest festival in Arkansas.

This 2-day music festival is held twice per year. First in the Spring and again in the Fall. Be sure to mark your calendars for September 15 and 16 for the upcoming festival.

Music is the heart and soul of this event so expect to see acts paying homage to the Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and more.

If you're a hippie and love everything about that world, grab your tie dies and your Boho outfits and come and celebrate this musical event.
