Heber Springs is hosting its annual fireworks festivities on the shores of Greers Ferry Lake.

This year’s theme will be all about the circus, and the contestants are expected to build their themed boats out of cardboard and tape.

This means they will need to use their imaginations as well as their engineering skills…
