Small town Arkansas is full of surprises – and Lillihobbs Mercantile is one of them. Pretty remote, you'll find it along a rural stretch of highway. However, it’s one roadside stop that’s worth pulling over for, and that’s because it houses a café with a bakery as well as a shop stocked with antiques and gifts. It’s truly got it all!

Lillihobbs Mercantile can be found along Highway 65 in the tiny town of Omaha, Arkansas.

Opened in November 2016, it’s now a destination that’s known for its lovely locale, bakery and café, and varied mix of merchandise.

As both a store AND an eatery, it’s the kind of place you can spend a whole day. And that’s no coincidence.

The owners found inspiration in mercantiles of years past, which often served as gathering places.

The food served up at the mercantile is just as impressive as the goods for sale.

Treats are whipped up daily at the on-site bakery.
