Hop in the sleigh—we're headed to Santa's Workshop! The North Pole Experience in Flagstaff is a magical Christmas village that promises to enchant kids one to ninety-two. Learn how to make toys for kids all around the globe, eat cookies with Mrs. Claus, tour the North Pole mailroom, and meet St. Nick himself. It's a holly, jolly time all around!

Arizona's snowiest town also happens to be a portal straight to the North Pole.

Even the road leading to the Little America Hotel, home to the iconic North Pole Experience, is absolute magic at Christmastime. Nothing gets you in the holiday spirit quite like snowfall blanketing trees adorned with multicolored lights.

First, you'll hop on a magic trolley and ride deep into the forest to Santa's Workshop.

With a trusty elf in the driver's seat, your journey is just beginning.

Upon arriving at the workshop, you'll knock on the grand wooden doors that emanate Christmas magic.

Another elf will come out to welcome you before leading the way to stop #1: the Toy Hall of Fame.

From there, you'll become an honorary elf and learn how to make toys for children all around the world.

After that, it's on to Santa's Factory, where the presents get wrapped and ready to load onto the sleigh.

It wouldn't be Christmas without a few treats, and Mrs. Claus has been baking up a storm just for you.

Enjoy some of her homemade cookies and hot cocoa, then head off to Elf University to study all the ins-and-outs of being one of Santa's helpers. Earn your very own diploma after completing all the coursework!

Once your belly and mind have been adequately nourished, head into the always-bustling North Pole mailroom.

This is where all letters to Santa end up — and also where he sorts them according to the Naughty or Nice list. Write your very own letter while you're here (and hope it gets placed into the "nice" pile!)

Finally, you'll tour Santa's top-secret sleigh hangar.

Board his newest sleigh and try out the controls for yourself to see how he navigates the entire globe. A private family photo with St. Nick wraps things up, and each child receives a commemorative North Pole Experience teddy bear.
