Rehoboth Beach is generally considered the best beach in Delaware from an all-around perspective. It's got a great boardwalk, beautiful beach, and plenty of restaurants and shops. If you're looking for a place to party, head to Dewey Beach, where you'll find the best music venues in Delaware. Families with younger kids may appreciate Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island, known as the Quiet Resorts. If you want to be close to Rehoboth but in a more mellow town, plan to stay in Lewes.
