We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. Rocky Run Loop and the Woodlawn Trail are two of the most popular routes. You can find trail maps and tips for the best treks in the park on AllTrails, here.

This is a great place to beat the heat if the temperatures don't drop soon enough for you to enjoy typically crisp fall weather

Of course, these walls are a DuPont creation, from when the park's land was owned by Delaware's First Family.

Be sure to bring a camera to capture all of the beauty!
