Your cravings can certainly be satisfied at this Connecticut restaurant that serves many versions of delectable macaroni and cheese.
Mac N' Out Macaroni and Cheese welcomes diners with a large variety of flavorful macaroni and cheese dishes. There are two locations, one in Bridgeport and the other in Milford.
The restaurant was only an idea being tossed around between four sisters in the kitchen together cooking their own styles of macaroni and cheese. Overnight, the youngest sister, Kate Voll, decided to make the idea into a reality and opened her first Mac N' Out in 2013.
There are more than 25 different kinds of mac and cheese to choose from at the cozy Mac N' Out. Don't foget to check out their seasonal menu which offers even more delicious choices.
There are quite a few cheesy appetizers that will make your mouth water offered on the menu like mac bites, mac jalepenos and chili mac spring rolls.
If you are a hot dog lover, this deep fried hot dog on a toasted bun and smothered in creamy mac and cheese is a great choice.
One of the more popular dishes is the backyard mac. Made of pulled pork, fontina, gruyere and swiss cheeses and topped with homemade barbeque sauce, this mac and cheese dish is delicious.
Some other scrumptious options are the chicken and broccoli mac, scallop mac, sloppy joe mac or mediterranean mac.
If you are looking for something with extra cheese then you might want to try the pizza mac made with homemade sauce and topped with fresh melted mozzarella.
Whatever your choice might be, both locations are open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and on Friday and Saturday the restarants are open from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
