You Can Re-Live Colorado’s Old West Past At The Nostalgic West of Surrender Restaurant

If you have ever taken a Colorado history class or traveled to any historical landmarks, you probably know that the Centennial State has a colorful Old West history, thanks in part to the once-vital mining industry. Sadly, most of those who experienced this era first-hand are long gone (but if you did live through it and are still around, we would love to chat!), which makes the Old West seem like an even more distant memory. Fortunately, this is no longer the case, as one of Colorado’s newest restaurants pays homage to this period in several unique ways:
