Make Sure To Come Hungry To The Build-Your-Own Seafood-Boil Restaurant, The Asian Cajun, In Colorado
Do you have a big appetite and want to try something new? Fortunately for us Coloradans, the Centennial State is a foodie’s paradise that is chock-full of world-class cuisine, including the iconic southern seafood boil. Never had a seafood boil before (or maybe you have had it and cannot get enough)? If so, you are going to want to build your own at the delicious Asian Cajun:
Located along Alameda Avenue in Denver, the Asian Cajun is billed as being a "Vietnamese-Gulf Coast eatery" that is arguably one of the best in the state!
What exactly is Vietnamese-Gulf Coast cuisine? It is super-fresh seafood mixed with an assortment of unique spices and sauces, making for a perfect, made-to-order feast.
Not sure what to add to your boil? At the Asian Cajun, you can choose from nearly one dozen kinds of seafood, including lobster, shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams.
Once you have picked your protein, it is time to choose your sauce, which varies from classic cajun to garlic butter and Asian cajun.
Need help deciding? The Asian Cajun recommends their signature sauce, which consists of garlic, butter citrus flavors, and other spices.
If you don't feel like creating your own boil and would rather go with something tried and true, you can also opt for either the classic Boil or Super Boil!
In addition to their build-your-own boils, the Asian Cajun also offers delicious starters and entrees, like Crawfish Etouffee, shrimp and chicken baskets, and spring rolls.
