Are you ready to be immersed in the magic and wonder of the holiday season? THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride near Denver will surprise and delight even the scroogiest of Scrooges! The Colorado Railroad Museum in Golden will recreate the classic tale for you and your family on select dates November 10 through December 23, 2016. Enjoy warm cookies and hot chocolate as you listen to The Polar Express performed in its entirety and chug along the track to the North Pole, where wonderful surprises await. “All aboooooard!”

Buy the ticket and take the ride! You'll be greeted at the depot, where you'll receive your souvenir “Golden Ticket," and you're on your way!

Performances run select dates November through December 23rd, with show times at 5:00PM, 6:30PM and 8:00PM.

Each performance lasts approximately 75 minutes. Tickets Prices are $35-$75 (for children ages 2-11) and $45-$100 (for adults).
Watch the story of The Polar Express come to life as dancing chefs and waiters serve hot chocolate and cookies, and eager children become absorbed in the festive tale.

Following the storytelling, the train conductor will yell, "All aboooooard!” And your journey to the North Pole begins.

At the North Pole you'll see Santa's sleigh filled with bags of toys and a giant Christmas tree, where Santa will present "The First Gift of Christmas" to the young Hero.
On your return voyage from the North Pole, Santa will present each child with their very own “First Gift of Christmas” souvenir bell.
