This bottomless spring in Eureka Springs features over 38 million gallons of crystal-clear, turquoise water flowing to it daily. And best of all, you can easily walk to this unique natural wonder in Arkansas to admire its tremendous beauty.
Welcome to the Blue Spring Heritage Center, a 33-acre historic site featuring botanical gardens as well as the bottomless Blue Spring.
The gorgeous site was considered sacred grounds by the Native Americans who used it as a trading post. It eventually became an important stopping point during the Trail of Tears.
Since 1948, the area has served as a tourist attraction in Eureka Springs, attracting thousands of visitors between March and November when it is open.
As the largest spring in Northwest Arkansas, it is filled with trout and the water flows over to the White River.

This beautiful lagoon is easily accessible to all visitors. You can practically walk right to the edge of the lagoon, and there is also an area where you can place your hands or feet inside to feel the cool 54 degrees spring water.
