Don’t judge me, but I just got the pickle memo. I have never liked pickles, and I didn’t think I would love pickles on my sandwiches either. However, recently, after mistakenly eating a sandwich with pickles, my eyes were opened, and I have seen the light. So, now my taste buds are ready to relish in all that pickles have to offer. To celebrate my newfound love of this zesty topping, I have decided to highlight this pickle-themed food truck in Arkansas. After operating in central Arkansas for two years, the Prickly Pickle food truck is a favorite of locals, and it might become my new favorite food truck as well.
If you're a regular at festivals around Arkansas or live in the Little Rock/Bryant area, chances are, you've seen the Prickly Pickle food truck.
But the star of the show is the chicken sandwich. It comes in regular or Buffalo-style. But the best part is that it's loaded up with tons of pickle slices, which is way more than what you would get from a regular restaurant.
Get your sandwich with an order of fried pickles or fried jalapenos. Or choose one of the delicious surprise side items the truck is serving when you visit.
The owners will be waiting with a smile to serve you one of the best chicken sandwiches that money can buy.
