When Jordan Wright quit his corporate job to pursue BBQ full time, he had no idea that he would be on his way to creating his own BBQ empire in Arkansas.
So, he took a leap of faith and began selling the delicious goodness from a food truck. Though challenging at first, he was able to overcome some difficulties, and today, he's currently operating 3 brick and mortar locations selling the juicy smoked meats.

Running 24 hours per day, the smoker cooks pounds of meats to perfection over sourced pecan wood. The overnight process produces some of the most authentic handcrafted BBQ money can buy.
As far as the menu goes, the BBQ is sold by the pound, on a bun or by the plate. Other options include a BBQ bowl, salads, nachos, and family sized meals.
