The restaurant was created based on the principles of the family’s patriarch, David Bubbus Sr., who became a master butcher at the tender age of 16.
Opened in 2010, the first location (pictured above) is situated on Skyline Drive in Conway Arkansas. You can’t miss the giant rooster outside.

Inside you will find an old-fashioned burger joint accented with vinyl chairs and booths, that will have you believing you’ve stepped back in time.

Additionally, the walls are dotted with family pictures, which can be found throughout all the chains.
You’ll also love the jukebox that plays old school hits, it will transport you back to the 50s and 60s.

The chains will also have a meat case on display paying homage to old fashioned butcher shops from decades ago.
