Between the towering ice cream and jaw-dropping burritos, there's almost too much to taco 'bout Bocadillos! There's plenty of delicious reasons to visit this Dardanelle eatery but the biggest (and we mean that literally) reason is the for the Cheatmeal Burrito. This monstrosity is a 2-ft. long hefty burrito that will immediately drop your jaw! Let's see if we can work up an appetite as we explore Bocadillos' burritos.
This colorful restaurant is hard to miss when you're driving through Dardanelle.
What began as a humble ice cream shop and taco stand in 2016 has grown into a full-service restaurant with a mouth watering menu.
Although Bocadillos has grown over the years the family-owned restaurant has stayed true to its roots.
Towering ice cream cones are still a favorite here! Over 30 flavors are offered and all the ice cream is homemade.
All the burritos are made with love but there's a special burrito worth mentioning.
Before we dive into the big burrito it's worth noting that Bocadillos has a menu filled with other tasty treats. From $1 tacos to saucy hot wings and even Cheeto-covered elotes - everything at Bocadillos is delicious!
The Cheatmeal Burrito is the biggest, beefiest, burrito around.
The burrito was created in January 2019 when YouTuber Whitt Piker attempted the challenge as part of his "cheat meal" series. The name stuck as well as the burrito's beefy reputation of an unconquerable food challenge.
The massive burrito is made from four oversized tortillas and nearly seven pounds of meat, beans, rice and cheese.
The Cheatmeal Burrito is at least 2-ft. long but usually ends up around 27 to 30 inches. The burrito is intended to feed a family of six but there's a solo foodie challenge tied to the burrito, too.
If you don't feel like sharing, you can attempt the Cheatmeal Burrito Challenge.
The challenge is to conquer the 7-lb. burrito without help. Winners will receive the burrito for free as well as earn a $50 gift card and a free shirt. Over 50 people have attempted this challenge but only two have succeeded.
If you do want to share the burrito and a side of wings is about $50.
Whether you come for the challenge or just a good meal, a trip to Bocadillos will fill you up!
