You Won’t Want To Miss Tiptoeing Through The Tulips At This Arkansas Garden

The beloved Garvan Woodland Gardens is going to have an explosion of spring color in March. Thousands of tulips are in bloom and you won't want to miss it. Let's listen to the perfect song as we stroll alongside this beautiful aromatic rainbow of tulips in Arkansas.

Tulip season will begin at the start of March at the Garvan Woodland Gardens.

It's hard to pick a favorite season to visit the gardens but tulip time is definitely a top contender. You can see the sea of tulips at 550 Arkridge Rd., Hot Springs National Park, AR 71913.

There are over 150,000 tulip bulbs planted each and every year during the Garvan Gardens tulip festival, Tulip Extravaganza.

The tulips you'll see at the gardens are Dutch tulips. Most folks assume the flower type came from the Netherlands but they were originally cultivated in the Middle East! Wherever their roots originated, we're just glad Arkansans have a chance to see these beautiful flowers.

Just about every color of the rainbow can be found in the tulip gardens.

Orange, pink, white, yellow, and purple all in multiple shades can be seen this season. The combination of Garvan's tulips, spring annuals, and azaleas creates the biggest display of flower-powered color between Memphis and Dallas.

Your family won't be the only ones enjoying the flowers.
