If Arkansas’ towns ever had an award ceremony there’s no doubt that Eureka Springs would win “most spirited.” After all, this is the place that goes all-out for St. Patrick’s Day, Mardi Gras, and Halloween. For decades, the entire town of Eureka Springs has wholeheartedly celebrated the holidays and this festive season will be the best yet.
