Last month wrapped up Eureka Springs’ explosive Mardi Gras celebration (which if you missed this year’s go ahead and plan to attend in 2019) and now we turn to Hot Springs for the 15th Annual World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Let’s take a brief moment to see what all will be going on at the biggest little parade in Arkansas.
