It may be a bit of a drive, but the Creekbend Cafe in Hope, Alaska is worth every mile you have to take to get there! It’s a great new spot in one of Alaska’s favorite small towns, and the drive to the Cafe is almost as gorgeous as the food itself.  Block off a day on your weekend and head on out to Hope!

The tiny town of Hope is located at the very end of Hope Highway, which is off of the Seward Highway. It is a two hour, 88-mile drive from Anchorage.
They serve a great selection of Alaskan local beer on draft.

They also offer a great selection of wines by the glass! If you're looking for something a little different, try a pitcher of mimosas or their delicious Sake Bloody Marys.
Their dinner menu is fantastic, incorporating a wide array of fabulous meals for you to enjoy after your long drive.

Dig in to any of their awesome burgers, or try a personal pizza with a regular or gluten free crust. They also have wraps, sandwiches, and baskets of delicious battered items with piping hot French fries.

They are currently open five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday. Monday and Thursday they're open from 4:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m., and Friday's hours are 12:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m. You can eat all day long on the weekend, as they're open from 9:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.
