Girdwood has a great small restaurant called the Silvertip Grill. Located right downtown, it’s perfect walking distance from the Ski Inn, or a short car or bike ride from Alyeska Resort.

There are five different types of burgers, each more delicious and unique than the last. Choose from a classic Cheeseburger, Bacon & Bleu, Island Burger, Cowboy Burger, or the Rueburger.

You can adorn your plate with curly fries, potato salad, or garden salad. Or, go big and upsize to fried pickles, portobello fries, or even cheese curds!

They open at 10:00 a.m. during the week, and 9:00 a.m. on weekends. Perfect timing so you can go in and grab a delicious Chicken Fried Steak or breakfast sandwich!

Between the beer and burger selection, it’s an excellent place to stop when you come off the mountain, or after a long day of fishing. It’s the perfect location, right off the Seward Highway!

They also have plenty of live music playing out on the patio. It’s a fantastic place in Girdwood for food and a show!
