Alabama is filled with many beautiful outdoor places that are worthy of a visit, including gardens. Even though several well-known gardens are located throughout the state, there are still a handful that are somewhat hidden and unknown. One of these gardens is located inside of Alabama's Ned Frazier Park, which is simply known as Frazier Park. To learn a little about Frazier Park and its hidden garden, take a look below.
Frazier Park is located within the Old Decatur Historic District in the downtown area of Decatur, Alabama.
Tucked away inside of Frazier Park is the beautiful and tranquil Daikin Garden, which was donated in 2003 by the company Daikin America.
Daikin Garden is a traditional Japanese tea garden that's situated on the western end of the park.
Complete with a red Japanese bridge, it's a hidden garden that many people don't even know about, despite it being at the park for 20 years.
On many afternoons, especially during the spring and summer months, numerous people enjoy taking a stroll through Daikin Garden or simply relaxing on one of the garden's benches and listening to...

And of course, no garden is complete without an array of beautiful flowers. Frazier Park's Daikin Garden boasts many types of flowers, which are an absolute must-see this time of year.
