Perry Lakes Park, which covers approximately 600 acres, is a natural river bottomland in Marion, Alabama that features four oxbow lakes.
While hiking to this beach, which happens to be a large sandbar, you'll be surrounded by lots of natural scenery. You'll also encounter a variety of beautiful lilies once spring arrives.
This beach preserve, which is on the banks of the Cahaba River, encompasses 125 acres of Deep South wetland, with sweetgum, sugar maple, willow, and bald cypress trees.
