It was only a couple months ago that The Old Farmer's Almanac made their annual predictions for what disastrous weather we can expect for the upcoming months. A part of the Upper Midwest Region, Minnesota residents can expect to experience a much colder winter than normal.

According to The Old Farmer's Almanac, the coldest periods that Minnesota will experience will be during mid December, almost all of January as well as early and late February. We're expected to have our snowiest periods during all of December, mid January and most of February. Even the upcoming summer is expected to have lower temperatures than normal!
