The SOB consists of an 8-ounce ground chorizo sausage and ground chuck patty, queso, grilled poblano pepper, chipotle mayo, tomato, avocado, crushed tortilla chips, and a pub bun. All of the food at this restaurant is made from scratch and with fresh ingredients.
