From the friendly troll statues displayed at various points all over town (you can even grab a map to make sure you greet every single one) to the gorgeous Scandinavian-style architecture, Mount Horeb is easily one of the cutest towns you’ll visit, well, anywhere.

Mount Horeb, a village in southwestern Wisconsin of about 7,000 people, wasn't first settled by Norwegians. But a later influx of Norwegian immigrants to the town in the 1800s transformed the town's identity permanently.
