This Ivy-Covered Brewery In Washington Will Be Your New Favorite Spring Hangout

No matter how you feel about beer, Washington’s breweries can be great places to hang out — especially the ones that serve food. And if you spend any time at The Old Ivy Brewery and Taproom in Vancouver, prepare to be smitten. The ivy climbing the walls of the outdoor patio will make you feel like you’re in another world.
Since opening its doors, it's quickly become a favorite local hangout.
Believe it or not, the vine came here all the way from Germantown, Pennsylvania. It migrated west to Hilltop Farm near Forest Grove in 1848, on to Vancouver in the late 1800s, finally arriving here with the construction of the Patio Building in 1947.

Some of them have some pretty clever names, like Gettin' Fresh With Pam, a pale ale.
