Once upon a time, an animation studio by the name of Hanna-Barbera ruled the TV waves, producing such classics as Tom and Jerry, Yogi Bear, Scooby-Doo, and — of course — The Flintstones. The modern stone age family took on a life of their own, gaining massive popularity and having their faces appear on cereal boxes, children’s vitamins, and even a few select amusement parks, one of which was located right here in South Dakota. While this beloved SoDak amusement park is no more, we were able to uncover some old photos and videos that are sure to bring back happy memories of yabba dabba doo times:
