And West Virginia has plenty of unique desserts to try. If you have a sweet tooth like mine, you’ll love these: 1. Grape pineapple ice cream at Austin’s Homemade Ice Cream in Kenova. Pastries at River and Rail Bakery in Huntington River and Rail Bakery/Facebook Most of the pastries at this Huntington bakery are based in the European tradition, according to its website. Customers have said their scones are the best this side of the British Isles, according to the website. 4. Ice cream at the Corner Shop in Bramwell.
