There’s A Bigfoot Festival Happening In Oklahoma And You’ll Absolutely Want To Go
Are you a true believer in the mystery and legend of Bigfoot? If so, then you'll want to attend the annual Honobia Bigfoot Festival in the mountains of southeastern Oklahoma on October 6 & 7, 2017. This festival celebrates everything Bigfoot and is filled with two-days of events and guest speakers. Get all the details below for this fun and exciting festival.
Honobia is located in the heart of the beautiful Kiamichi Mountains in southeastern Oklahoma. It's a very remote town known for its lush forests and gorgeous scenery.
Bigfoot loves Honobia and the Kiamiachi Mountains. Many sightings have been reported over the years, therefore drawing in visitors from all over the country looking to catch a glimpse of this creature.
The annual Honobia Festival is held on the grounds of the Kiamichi Mountians Christian Mission at Christ's 40 Acres.
The schedule includes guest speakers, evening story telling, live music and more.
There's even an outdoor footprint casting demonstration where you can see what Bigfoot's footprint looks like.
This year there will be even more fun events on the schedule. Guests can take helicopter rides, enjoy arts and crafts, play in the kid zone and more.
There will be vendors set up selling Bigfoot souvenirs. You can't leave the festival without a t-shirt.
