The Most Criminally Overlooked Town In Delaware And Why You Need To Visit

Ahhh… the Delaware beaches. Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, and Bethany are all huge summer destinations for Delawareans and East Coasters alike. They each offer amazing beaches, delicious restaurants, quaint shopping districts and a history of being vacation hot spots. It’s no secret, though, that from May to September they’re crowded! And while they certainly all deserve their reputation for being incredible destinations, there’s another Delaware beach that seems to get lost in the mix.

So next time you’re ready for a day trip this spring or summer (or even this winter, with how mild the weather has been!) make sure you consider Fenwick Island, because it’s not fair that this perfect little down gets lost in the shadows of giants like Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City.
