Located in Grand Teton National Park, String Lake is a family-friendly destination with lots to do. It’s west of North Jenny Lake Junction and provides some of the warmest water in the area. Swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are all permitted at the lake. So are hiking, sunbathing, and having picnics. You can witness the magnificent scenery and abundant wildlife in the National Park, too. Make sure to bring your binoculars and a camera to capture some of the incredible things you witness while visiting the lake!
