5 Little Known Swimming Spots In Wyoming That Will Make Your Summer Awesome
One of the best things about summer is cooling off with a swim. In Wyoming, we like to hit one of the local swimming holes when the temperatures start to climb.
When word gets out about a swimming spot, however, it can get kind of crowded. If your favorite Wyoming swimming hole has become as busy as a water park, try one of these 5 little-known spots when you want some calm while getting cool.

The nice thing about Firehole River is that the water is cool, but not frigid. A bit of runoff from nearby geysers and hot springs takes the icy edge off of the temperature.

Saratoga Hot Springs is enjoyable enough year round, but the North Platte River is the better place to cool off in the summer. Dive in near the spot where the hot springs empties into the river for a cooling but not-too-cold swim.
