The Grand Prismatic Hot Spring Trail is a short hike that is less than a mile both ways, meaning it is perfect for little kids! It takes you out to see the incredibly beautiful and photogenic hot springs in Yellowstone National Park, and if you are lucky, you may even get to see some of the park's famous bison!

West Thumb Geyser Basin Trail is another crowd favorite. This trail is a short 1one-mile loop that you can finish in under 30 minutes. It is also located in Yellowstone National Park and you can see multiple geysers from the trail.


If you are looking for a bit of a longer hike in Yellowstone National Park, Fairy Falls Trail is the hike for you. At nearly five miles round trip, this hike will take you to an incredible waterfall after walking through a classic Yellowstone Pine Forest.


If you want to head over to Grand Teton National Park, the Taggart Lake Loop is a lovely four-mile loop where you can see the towering mountains and in the winter, the snowy fields below.

Finally, another Grand Teton National Park favorite is Hidden Falls Trail. At five miles, this is on the longer side, but the views are well worth it.
