This Epic 3-Day Restaurant Road Trip In Wyoming Will Make Your Mouth Explode
If you enjoy eating, and who doesn’t, then you need to embark on this 3-day restaurant road trip. This trip will take you on a 15-hour trip over the course of 3 days to restaurants throughout Wyoming that serve a variety of food. This is a great opportunity to get out and see some of the countryside and sample different types of food. You don’t have to do this road trip in the order listed here. Jump in at whatever point is convenient for you. Fasten your seat belt and get ready for a mouth-watering trip. Check the Google Map out here.

Eggington's is a great way to start your day and your road trip. This is a casual diner with a relaxed atmosphere located at 229 E. 2nd Street #200 in Casper. Be sure to try the omelet with cheesy hashbrowns and toast.


About two hours away, you'll find Java Jar which is a great stop for lunch. Java Jar is a locally owned espresso bar located at 2042 Main St. #1 in Torrington. Pictured is the delicious Salmon Salad.


After a rough day of eating, finish the day off eating some upscale, low country southern cuisine for dinner. Try the handcut rib eye with mushroom potatoes or some luscious lamb. Morris House Bistro is located at 2114 Warren Avenue in Cheyenne.


Start your second day off at the pink Prairie Rose Cafe located at 410 S. 2nd Street in Laramie. The breakfast burrito with green chili sauce is delicious!


Head on up the road 3 hours to Bonsai, located at 1996 Dewar Drive in Rock Springs, for lunch. Here you can enjoy a somewhat heavy lunch eating either Chinese or Japanese dishes. Pictured are baked mussels, baked salmon, octopus sashimi and California rolls. Amazing!!!


Head on up the road another 3 hours for dinner and stop in at Nani's Ristorante & Bar, located at 242 Glenwood Street in Jackson. The area is touristy but you will find plenty of places to stay for the night. Pictured is Pesce, a delicious Italian treat.


For your final day, head off to the iconic Cowboy Cafe for breakfast. The cafe, located at 115 East Rams Horn in Dubois, serves a tasty breakfast. Try the spicy elk sausage, scrambled eggs, and wheat
toast.


For lunch, head to the Roasted Bean & Cuisine located at 514 West Main Street in Riverton. The deluxe bagel with smoked salmon makes for a tasty lunch.


Finish your 3-day journey back where this road trip began at Dsasumo, located at 320 West 1st Street in Casper. Here, you can enjoy some delicious Thai or sushi. Pictured is the Seared Ahi. Now, it's time to head home and work off some of those meals!
