This is one of those places that's gotten popular in the Madison area by word of mouth, but if you aren't in the know, you can't possibly know. It seems like an odd little roadside place, but you'll be blown away. The dry rub is so flavorful you don't need sauce, but if you add some, it'll only enhance the flavor.

Wednesdays and Sundays get you 50 cent wings at this big spot with a ton of TVs. Settle in for some football, or bring a big group and take advantage of their 100 wings and a quarter barrel for $125 special. They've got 19 different sauces, so no one should go hungry. Milwaukee wing champions for more years than I can remember, they offer their winning wings for 50 cents each on Monday and Thursday. There's the standard flavors plus something weird but wonderful the chef cooks up that week. If you've only ever gone for their (truly stellar) fried chicken, you've done yourself a disservice.
