Niemann’s Chocolate Shop is a small, family-owned confectionery located in the Milwaukee suburb of Wauwatosa. The cute and quaint little store is full of delights to discover. The Niemann family has been making candies for nearly 100 years, so you know the recipes are as delicious as possible, having been perfected across generations. Handmade hard candies are a relic of times gone by and you’ll be hard pressed to find too many spots that take the time to hand-make candy canes. But at Niemann’s you’ll find a store full of nostalgic, delicious candies that are made the old-fashioned way.

There are no shortcuts here - many of the processes and implements are the same ones used decades ago. The candy canes are pulled using an old fashioned taffy hook and they are hand pulled and rolled before being hand packaged.

Niemann’s is located at 7475 Harwood Ave., Wauwatosa, WI 53213. They’re open Monday through Friday from 10 am until 5:30 pm and Saturday from 10 am until 4 pm.
