Contrary to popular belief, we aren’t all farmers and don’t eat cheese on everything we eat (okay, we do on most things). Here are some of the most common stereotypes about Wisconsinites that need to be put to rest.
1. We don't all wake up at 5 AM to milk the cows.
2. Going to Walmart isn't how we have fun.
3. It doesn't snow here every single day. There are other seasons. Like fall.
4. Not everything revolves around the Packers. Okay, most things. But not all.
5. Plenty of Wisconsin ladies don't wear overalls.
6. We don't party ALL the time.
7. Country isn't the only genre of music we listen to.
8. We're not freaked out by big cities.
9. We haven't all seen UFOs.
10. We sometimes eat food not covered in a pound of cheese.
