Breaking the chain of chain restaurants, Short Stack Eatery features a charming interior – complete with antique furniture, fresh flowers on the tables, and other delightful touches.
Available in a multitude of flavors, the pancakes are sure to please. And if you can’t decide which to order, go with the Sweet Potato Oatmeal Stack – it’s a customer favorite.

Of course, there’s more to the menu than pancakes and the Blind Special. The tasty offering includes all sorts of breakfast favorites – from eggs Benedict and breakfast burritos to quiche and corned beef hash.
Breakfast potatoes are also part of the fare – and are served with a blend of Frank’s Red Hot sauce and sour cream for dipping. The combo may sound odd at first, but it’s a huge hit among diners.
