For decades, this little town was home to a working cheese factory. In 1888, a group of local dairy farmers built a factory on the Sugar River and they produced award-winning Swiss cheese and butter.
While the factory closed its doors in 1980, a dairy enterprise would one day return to this little factory. The new business celebrates the past while offering the best of today.
