The Public Market is located in Milwaukee’s historic Third Ward neighborhood. The market is modeled after Seattle’s Pike Place market and it aims to support local businesses. Space in the building is leased to a variety of food vendors. When the market opened, it primarily sold raw ingredients, but over time more businesses offered food that was ready to eat.
