The cruises take place about the La Crosse Queen, a carefully-crafted replica of the grand river boats that traveled on the Mississippi River more than a century ago. It's one of the few authentic Mississippi River paddlewheel river boats still operating in the United States today. Cruises depart from the queen's home port of La Crosse.

The La Crosse Queen operates seasonally and pizza cruises run weekly on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
