You Won’t Want To Miss This Outdoor Adventure In Wisconsin This Summer

There’s still time this summer for a few last adventures before autumn arrives. Wisconsin certainly has tons of gorgeous places where you can connect with nature and bask in the beauty outdoors. Perrot State Park is one such place, and it’s perfect for a day of exploring.

Perrot State Park is on the western border of the state, right across the Mississippi River from Minnesota.

The park is full of spectacular scenery, such as this view from Brady's Bluff. The entire park is just begging to be explored, and there are many ways to have an adventure here.

The park is open seven days a week, from 6 AM to 11 PM.

One of the best ways to explore this little gem is by taking a hike. The park has 12 miles of hiking trails, offering something for hikers of all abilities.

Take a canoe out the explore the backwaters. You can rent a canoe or kayak, and even a get a specially adapted kayak for those with physical disabilities.

Fish right from the pier, or from a boat.

Why not stay the weekend? You can set up camp and enjoy even more time to explore.
