This Old-School Water Park In Wisconsin Is The Most Fun You’ve Had In Ages

We’ve told you about one of the most over-the-top, thrilling watercoasters in the country that’s right here in Wisconsin, but we know that kind of adrenaline rush isn’t for everyone. What if you’re the type of family looking to cool off, but not break the bank – or your neck? It turns out that a trip to the Dells isn’t the only way to cool off and have some fun in the sun and water. There are a number of local town pools for all kinds of family fun, and one of the very best is in the town of Weston about 12 miles southeast of Wausau.

Credit cards are accepted, but card payments have a convenience fee added here, so you should bring cash. Admission is $4 for adults, $2 for kids and $2 for everyone after 6 p.m. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
