Part of the North Country Trail Runs Through Wisconsin…And It is Beautiful

Many people do not know that part of the North Country Trail runs through Wisconsin. I suppose I should back up first and explain what the North Country trail even is. In the United States, there are only 11 national scenic trails. One is entirely contained in Wisconsin (the Ice Age). The North Country trail, however, runs from New York to North Dakota. Wow, that covers a lot of ground. And you can walk the part that is in Wisconsin.
