Most People Don’t Know These 6 Great Movies Were Filmed In Wisconsin
Hollywood? In Wisconsin? Sure, the movies filmed in Wisconsin are few and far between, but that makes movies featuring Wisconsin that much more special. Here are some movies filmed in Wisconsin:

Johnny Depp? Check. Gangsters? Check. Wisconsin? Check. Shooting took place in Columbus, Oshkosh, Beaver Dam, Milwaukee...and many other places. If you haven't seen it already, see it!

A favorite of the people of Chicago and greater Illinois. But it features a scene shot on the I-794 bridge. Several Milwaukee buildings are in the shot.

A much loved romantic comedy based on a popular Italian film from 2001. Much of the movie was filmed in or around Madison.

An extremely low-budget horror film. As you can guess from the title, the plot is that giant spiders terrorize people. Setting: rural Wisconsin. Scenes from the movie are from around Wisconsin, including Stevens Point.

In the movie, the Milwaukee Art Museum makes an appearance.

Who can forget the great scenes of Milwaukee in this hilarious comedy?
I forgot how awesomely bad Giant Spider Invasion was until I wrote this. Looking forward to my next awesomely bad film festival, because this movie will be headlining! Maybe I’ll serve some cheese curds for appetizers. Are there any movies I missed? Tell me in the comments below!
