7 Extremely Weird Things Only People From Milwaukee Do
Milwaukee is a unique city, and people that are from here have some pretty strange habits. Whether you hear someone using a language you’ve never heard of or making strange comments about their cheese, you’ll know you’re in Milwaukee. Here are seven things only a Milwaukeean will do, and they’re just plain weird.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

No Brewers game would be complete without the racing sausages. You better believe a Milwaukeean will turn to their neighbor and bet on the race too!

It's like Milwaukeean's have a whole language of their own. What's a bubbler? Where's "up north"? A tyme machine? Huh?

If it doesn't squeak, it's not a real cheese curd.

The Fonz from Happy Days is alive and well on Milwaukee's RiverWalk... in bronze statue form, that is. You'll often find a Milwaukeean hanging out with the Fonz, and we still snap selfies with him, even though we probably already have hundreds.

Milwaukee is full of great breweries and we can't love every single one, yet somehow we never turn away from a good ole' PBR, and you'll find a special deal on it at just about every bar in town.

Snow doesn't scare us. We're pros at driving in 10 inches of it!

You can always spot a Milwaukeean by their confusing winter attire.
Those were just seven weird things Milwaukeeans do, what else is something extremely weird that you might see in MKE? Let us know in the comments!
